  • Service Errors: If a subscription or service cannot be delivered or provided due to an error or failure on our part.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Accidental purchases or buyer’s remorse.
  • Incompatibility with your device, system, or network unless explicitly stated in the product description.
  • Issues caused by misuse, modification, or third-party interference.
  • Customer not being able to set it up correctly.
  • Cryptocurrency payment value changes or transaction errors outside our control.

  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.
  • Allow us reasonable time to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is considered.

  • For cryptocurrency transactions, refunds will be processed at the equivalent value in USD at the time of the original purchase (not based on market fluctuations).
